Elite Renovations is a locally owned business that is owned and run by Joshua Van Zee. Joshua needed and wanted to learn things around the construction industry since he could pick up a hammer. So he did just that.

He has received a degree in Architectural Engineering & Construction Management. While at  school, he worked for Henry Carlson CO. and one of the large jobs while there was the Sanford Children's Hospital. He has been doing construction going on 19 years this year.
